ED Seizes More Assets of Partha Chatterjee in Recruitment Scam
IIE Digital Desk: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has confiscated additional properties linked to Partha Chatterjee, a key figure in the recruitment scam. The latest seizures include land in Patuli, Bolpur, and Bishnupur, not directly registered under Chatterjee’s name but believed to be his. Previously, the ED discovered properties worth over ₹60 crores, including cash, gold, and real estate tied to Chatterjee’s close associate, Arpita Mukherjee. The cumulative value of seized assets now exceeds ₹135 crores, highlighting the scale of the corruption.
