Haarsh Limbachiyaa Reflects on Unlikely Journey from Dating to Marriage with Bharti Singh.
IIE DIGITAL DESK : The candid conversation with actor-host Rithvik Dhanjani on their YouTube podcast, screenwriter Haarsh Limbachiyaa opened up about his relationship with comedian Bharti Singh, revealing that their transition from dating to marriage was unexpected to many. He shared that neither of them believed their relationship would lead to marriage, expressing, “You won’t believe… no one thought that we are that serious about each other… we used to always wonder why that is.” Limbachiyaa, 38, mentioned that during their dating years, they were often quiet about their relationship, leading others to doubt its seriousness. He added that as a writer, he would hear gossip about their relationship but never dared to confront Bharti about it during shoots.
Reflecting on their early dating days, Limbachiyaa fondly recalled their visits to religious sites in Mumbai. From 2010 to 2011, they would wake up at 5 a.m. and visit Siddhivinayak, Mahalaxmi, and Haji Ali temples, often two to three times a week. He noted, “This used to be our dating. And we used to do it for many years,” highlighting the simplicity and consistency of their relationship rituals.
Psychotherapist Delnna Rrajesh emphasized the significance of such shared rituals in building emotional safety and trust in relationships. She explained that engaging in emotionally meaningful rituals, especially repeatedly over time, helps partners feel safer together and strengthens their bond.
