IIE DIGITAL DESK : Patna, 6 May: The expansion of the Bihar Cabinet under newly appointed Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 7 May, in a major political event set to unfold at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
