CPIM Protests Water Crisis at Bansberia Municipality
IIE Digital Desk : CPIM members, led by Rudra Chakraborty, staged a protest at Bansberia Municipality demanding solutions to the ongoing water crisis affecting several wards. The protesters expressed frustration over the lack of potable water reaching homes. Despite assurances from Municipality Chairman Aditya Niyogi that additional water would be supplied under the 'Amrut' project, residents continue to face severe water shortages, especially amid the intense heatwave.
