Kolkata,West Bengal (June 27,2023) : The Calcutta High Court has ordered a CBI probe into the alleged infiltration of Pakistani nationals into the Indian Army. The court's order came on a petition filed by a lawyer, who claimed that several Pakistani nationals had managed to get into the army by using fake documents. The petition alleged that the Pakistani nationals were working as spies for their country and had access to sensitive information about the Indian Army. The petition also alleged that the Pakistani nationals were involved in some of the recent terrorist attacks in India.

The CBI has already started its probe into the matter. The agency has registered a case and is conducting searches at several locations in West Bengal. The CBI is also questioning several army officials in connection with the case. The case has raised serious security concerns in West Bengal. The state is located in India's eastern flank and shares a long border with Bangladesh. The infiltration of Pakistani nationals into the Indian Army could have serious implications for national security.
