A phased launch strategy is anticipated to keep the momentum going and allow completed sections to serve commuters without requiring additional time for completion of the entire corridor.

The inauguration of the Surat-Bilimora route is expected to mark a turning point for Indian Railways and the country's transportation sector. The launch is being interpreted as the commencement of a new chapter in India's infrastructure, with plans to bring world-class high-speed rail technology to life.
