Abhishek Banerjee Seeks Court's Permission to Travel to US for Medical Treatment
Kolkata (July 24,2023) : Abhishek Banerjee, the national general secretary of the Trinamool Congress, has submitted an affidavit to the Calcutta High Court seeking permission to travel to the United States for medical treatment. Banerjee, who is currently undergoing treatment for an eye condition, has sought permission to travel to the United States for further treatment. He has said that he needs to travel to the United States for a specialized treatment that is not available in India.
In his affidavit, Banerjee has said that he has been suffering from an eye condition for the past few years. He has said that he has been treated by doctors in India, but the condition has not improved. He has said that he needs to travel to the United States for further treatment. Banerjee has said that he is willing to abide by any conditions that the court may impose on his travel.
