The aircraft had been operating a flight from Nepalgunj to Dolpa when the incident occurred.

According to information from the Dolpa District Police Office, the aircraft lost its rear wheel while landing at Juphal Airport. Despite the mechanical problem, the aircraft managed to avoid a crash and landed without a major accident, preventing what could have been a serious aviation incident.

Dolpa District Police Office Chief Superintendent of Police Anil Raj Giri said the incident took place at around 8:25 am when Sita Air flight 9N-AJH was landing at Juphal Airport.
