Dr Ram Sengupta, gynaecologist and consultant said, Gooseberry were also known as Amla, it's a good source of iron and vitamin c, which would be helped to address iron deficiency. Amla were also riched in multiple vitamins like B1, B2, B5, and B6 and calcium which would be helped to maintain overall health. 

Every month, women were been navigated through the uncomfortable and been often painful periods that could be lasted from just three days to a week. Due to the excess loss of blood, many were often been aware of the fact that they should be suffering from iron deficiency. 

This issue could be leaved, women from feeling drowsiness, drained and exhaust. But, what was there been a delicious solution would be hidden within it sweet embraced of gooseberry jam.
