West Bengal (June 30,2023) : Yuva TMC leader Sayani Ghosh appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Kolkata on Friday morning, in connection with an investigation into the alleged coal pilferage scam. Ghosh was summoned by the ED on Thursday, and she arrived at the CGO Complex in Salt Lake around 11:00 AM. Ghosh is the second Yuva TMC leader to be summoned by the ED in connection with the coal pilferage scam. The first, Abhishek Banerjee, the nephew of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, was grilled by the ED for over 10 hours on May 30.
