IIE DIGITAL DESK : Nothing's upcoming flagship, the Phone 3, is slated for a July 2025 launch, with recent leaks shedding light on its pricing and colour variants. According to tipster @MysteryLupin, the Phone 3 will be available in two configurations: a 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model priced at $799 (approximately ₹68,000) and a 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant at $899 (around ₹77,000). These prices mark a significant increase from the Phone 2, which debuted at ₹44,999, positioning the Phone 3 firmly in the premium segment.
The device is expected to come in classic black and white colour options, maintaining the brand's minimalist aesthetic. Notably, the Phone 3 is anticipated to be the company's first model to launch in the U.S. market, expanding its global footprint
The Phone 3 is rumored to feature a 6.77-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, it may house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The camera setup is expected to include a redesigned triple-lens system with a 50MP main sensor and a 32MP front camera. Additionally, the device might support 50W wired and 20W wireless charging.
Interestingly, the Phone 3 is speculated to omit the brand's signature Glyph Interface, a set of LED lights on the back used for notifications and other functions. A teaser from Nothing hinted at this change with the caption, "We killed the Glyph Interface," suggesting a shift in design philosophy.
Alongside the Phone 3, Nothing is reportedly preparing to launch its first over-ear headphones, dubbed Nothing Headphone 1. These headphones are expected to debut on September 30, 2025, in black and white colour options, priced at $299 (approximately ₹25,500). Positioned as a premium offering, they aim to compete with established models like Sony's WH-1000XM6 .
As the launch dates approach, more details are anticipated to emerge, providing a clearer picture of Nothing's foray into the flagship smartphone and premium audio markets.
