In this context, US intelligence officials have reportedly made claims suggesting that he is staying inside a secret bunker with extremely limited contact with the outside world.

Two US officials, communication with Mojtaba Khamenei is being maintained through a complex courier-based network, significantly delaying the exchange of messages, including responses related to diplomatic proposals such as peace drafts reportedly sent by the United States. This restricted communication system is also said to be affecting interactions with Iranian officials who are responsible for reaching him directly.

The White House declined to provide any clear comment, further adding to speculation regarding his current status and level of isolation.

Iranian media sources have recently reported that Mojtaba Khamenei’s health condition has improved significantly. They claim that previous injuries have healed, with only minor issues such as knee and ear-related injuries remaining, which are also expected to recover soon. These reports further state that he is otherwise in stable condition and that rumors about his health are being spread by adversaries attempting to locate him.

The Iranian media narrative also suggests that security concerns have led to heightened caution, with fears of potential attacks prompting strict secrecy around his movements. It is further claimed that even some high-ranking officials may not be aware of his exact location.

Reports indicate that from his current position, Mojtaba Khamenei is continuing to issue key directives, including decisions on which matters should be discussed and which should be temporarily withheld. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding his exact whereabouts or condition, leaving much of the situation surrounded by uncertainty and speculation.
