IIE News Desk : Indian Oil, one of the leading organizations in India's oil and gas sector, has released a recruitment notification inviting eligible Indian citizens to apply for various positions in different departments. The vacancies are available in Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Marketing departments, and selected candidates may be posted anywhere in the country based on organizational requirements. The online application process has already commenced and interested individuals are encouraged to apply through the official website.

To be eligible for the positions, candidates must have obtained minimum qualifying marks in the June 2023 UGC NET examination in one of the three subjects related to the departments mentioned above. General/Economically Backward/OBC (NCL) candidates are required to secure 40% marks, while SC/ST/PWBD candidates must achieve a minimum of 35% marks in two papers of the UGC NET examination. Additionally, applicants should be within the age bracket of 28 years. The selected employees will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000, along with other benefits. Each post has specific educational qualification and professional experience criteria that applicants need to fulfill.

The final merit list for the recruitment process will be prepared based on the candidates' performance in the UGC NET examination (June 2023), interview, group discussion, group task, and written test.
