Kalna (August 04,2023) : A group of migrant workers from Bardhaman in West Bengal have gone missing after going to work outstate. The workers, all of whom are in their early twenties, left for work in Jharkhand on July 25th. They were supposed to return home on August 1st, but they have not been seen or heard from since.

The families of the missing workers are worried sick. They have tried to contact the workers, but their phones have been switched off. They have also filed a missing persons report with the police, but the police have not been able to find any leads.

The families of the missing workers are now appealing for help from the public. They are asking anyone who has seen the workers or knows where they are to contact the police. The disappearance of the migrant workers is a reminder of the dangers that these workers face. They are often exploited by their employers and they are vulnerable to violence. The government needs to do more to protect migrant workers and to ensure that they are able to work in safe and humane conditions.
