Urban Policing Conference held in Goa
IIE Digital Desk : As per the Recommendation made in the DGsP/IGsP Conference -2023, a Conference on “Urban Policing” was organized on Tuesday in the Conference Hall, North District Police HQ, Porvorim by District Superintendent of Police, North Goa District, Akshat Kaushal. The Chief Officers of Mapusa, Bicholim & Sanquelim Municipal Council, Representatives/Officials of Corporation City of Panaji, Pernem & Valpoi Municipal Council, Deputy Supdt. of Police (HQ/North) Porvorim and all Sub-Divisional Police Officers of North Goa District attended the Conference. SP (North) Akshat Kaushal assured the officials of Municipal Councils in North Goa District that necessary Police Staff will be provided as a Police protection during Anti-encroachment drive and other drives upon the request of concerned Municipal Council.
