IIE Digital Desk : The Delhi High Court has reserved its verdict on a petition filed by aircraft lessors seeking to de-register the planes leased to Go First Airlines. The lessors argue that the resolution professional (RP) appointed to oversee the airline's insolvency proceedings cannot use the planes without their consent.

The RP, Ashish Chhawchharia, has argued that he is entitled to use the planes to keep the airline operational while the insolvency proceedings are ongoing. He has also said that he will not sell the planes without the consent of the lessors.
