IIE Digital Desk :  ICSE (10th) and ISC (12th) all India exam results declared. A total of nine students stood first in the ICSE examination across the country. Among them are students from East Burdwan. There are 22 people from this state in the first three in the merit list. Five people stood first in the ISC examination across the country. Two of them are from this state. There are 18 people from this state in the top three in the 12th class merit list.

The pass rate in the ICSE exam from the state is 98.75 percent. The pass rate in the ISC exam from the state is 96.90 percent.In 2023, 41 thousand 506 students from 418 schools took the ICSE exam from the state. Among them 22 thousand 959 students. 18 thousand 547 female students. The pass rate of girls is higher than that of boys. 99.01 percent pass rate for girls in class 10 examination. The pass rate among boys is 98.47 percent.

Total marks in class 10 board exam was 500. Sambit Mukherjee became the first in the country by getting 499. He is a student of St. Xavier's School, East Burdwan. Five people stood second in the state by getting 498 marks. There are 16 people in the third place.

In 2023, 27 thousand 442 students from 312 schools took the ISC exam from the state. 14 thousand 792 of them are female students. 12 thousand 650 female students. As in class 10, the pass rate of girls is much higher than that of boys in class 12th board examination. The pass rate for girls is 98.04 percent. The pass rate among boys is 95.88 percent there.

Two people from Bengal became the first in the country by getting 399 out of 400 marks. Shubhamkumar Aggarwal of St. Joseph's School, Bhaktinagar. Manya Gupta of Heritage School, Kolkata. Six got second in the state by getting 398 marks. 10 students stood third in the state with 397 marks out of 400.

2 lakh 37 thousand 631 students from 2,616 schools took the ICSE exam this time across the country. Among them 1 lakh 28 thousand 131 boys. 1 lakh 9 thousand 500 girls. Across the country, the pass rate of girls is higher than that of boys in class 10 board exams. The pass rate for girls is 99.21 percent. The pass rate for boys is 98.71 percent.

98 thousand 505 candidates from 1,291 schools took the ISC exam across the country. The number of boys is 51 thousand 781. The number of girls is 46 thousand 724. In this case also the pass rate of girls is higher than boys. The pass rate for girls is 98.01 percent. The pass rate for boys is 95.96 percent.
