BJP Agent Dies Inside Booth in Cooch Behar's Falamari, TMC Denies Allegations
Coach Bihar (July 08,2023) : A BJP agent died inside a polling booth in Cooch Behar's Falamari on Saturday, triggering allegations of foul play from the party. The TMC, however, denied the allegations and said that the agent died of natural causes. The BJP agent, identified as Rabindranath Ghosh, was found dead inside the booth at around 11am. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead.
The BJP has alleged that Ghosh was murdered by TMC supporters. They have also accused the TMC of rigging the elections in the area. The TMC, however, has denied the allegations and said that Ghosh died of natural causes. They have also said that the BJP is trying to create a false narrative of violence in the area. The Election Commission has ordered an inquiry into the matter.
