People Get Electric Shocks from Faulty Pole in Flooded Delhi Street
New Delhi (July 14,2023) : People in Delhi were shocked, literally, when they received electric shocks from a faulty pole in a flooded street. The incident took place on Thursday, July 13, in the ITO area of Delhi. The water level in the street had risen due to the flooding, and the faulty pole was submerged in water. When people touched the pole, they received electric shocks.
Several people were injured in the incident, and one person was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The Delhi government has ordered an inquiry into the incident. The government has also warned people to be careful and to avoid touching any submerged electric poles.
