Gangster Holds "Comeback" Rally After Release from Jail, Gets Sent Back to Prison

IIE Digital Desks: A famous gangster recently released from and organized the "comeback" rally, which drews the significant attention and however the freedom were short lived authorities and sent back to prison after the rally celebration. 

Nasik's gangster Harshad Patankar were jailed and it is under the  Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug Offenders and Dangerous Persons Act (MPDA). The rally, which was intended to mark the gangster's returned and raised the concerns among law enforcement to the public and due to the potential for violence and unrest. The authorities acted swiftly, adducing violations of remmision conditions and public safety concerns as reasons for his re-arrest. Harshad got out to jail on July 23, and following the supporters to took out the car rally and to celebrate the released. 

This incident has encouraged the discussions about the challenges of connecting to the former criminals into society and the responsibilities of law enforcement to maintain order. The gangster's brief taste of freedom serves as a reminder of the ongoing efforts to address organized crime scene and ensure community safety.
