This season, food lovers have another reason to indulge as Chowman brings back its much-awaited Oriental Seafood Festival 2026. The month-long celebration began on July 22 at the restaurant’s Ballygunge outlet in Kolkata, with popular actor couple Ridhima Ghosh and Gaurav Chakrabarty attending the launch alongside Chowman Managing Director Debaditya Chaudhury.

Marking the 15th edition of Chowman’s Seafood Festival, the special culinary event is being held across all the brand’s dine-in outlets in Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad and Chennai. The festival features more than 18 unique seafood dishes, prepared by experienced chefs and bringing together a variety of flavours and ingredients. The menu includes delicacies featuring squid, octopus, lobster, salmon, pomfret and bhetki.

Among the highlights are Dynamite Prawn, Lobster in Pepper Garlic Sauce and Deep-Fried Octopus in Sambal Oelek Sauce. Seafood lovers can also savour Kolkata-style Chilli Pomfret and Smoky Chilli Butter Garlic Whole Crab, along with a selection of specially prepared salmon dishes. The main course offerings include Butter Chilli Garlic Seafood Noodles, Prawn Chahan Rice, Crispy Fried Bhetki and Butter Garlic Crab Meat.

What started as an artist’s dream has now grown into a popular restaurant brand with outlets across several major Indian cities. Chowman is known for its Chinese cuisine, complemented by warm lighting and a pleasant dining atmosphere. The special festival menu is available exclusively for dine-in guests, with restaurants open from 12 noon to 10:30 pm. The average cost for two people is around ₹1,200.
