IIE DIGITAL: Shah Rukh Khan has expanded his impressive real estate portfolio by acquiring the second and third floors of a residential property located in Delhi’s prestigious Panchsheel Park area. The deal, reportedly worth Rs. 37 crore, has given the Khan family complete ownership of the property.

The basement and ground floor of the building were already owned by the Khan family, and with the latest purchase of the second and third floors, they have now gained complete ownership of the entire property.

Spread across a vast 1,200-square-yard plot, the residence covers around 10,800 square feet and is located in the upscale Panchsheel Park neighbourhood of South Delhi, one of the city’s most premium residential areas. The transaction is reportedly valued at Rs. 37 crore, with the land value estimated at approximately Rs. 34,260 per square foot.The acquisition has emerged as one of the most significant celebrity property deals in Delhi in recent years. It also adds another prestigious asset to the Khan family’s extensive real estate portfolio, which includes luxury properties across India and overseas locations.
