MS Dhoni Open to Acting in Films, Says Wife Sakshi
IIE Digital Desk : Former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni has not ruled out the possibility of acting in films, according to his wife Sakshi Dhoni. Sakshi Dhoni said that Dhoni is not camera shy and that he has been approached by several filmmakers. However, she said that Dhoni is still undecided about whether or not he will take up any acting offers. "He has been approached by a few people, but he hasn't decided yet," Sakshi Dhoni said. "He is not camera shy, but he is also not someone who will jump into anything just because it is offered to him."
Dhoni has previously appeared in a few commercials and short films. He also made a cameo appearance in the 2016 Bollywood film "Azhar." If Dhoni does decide to act in films, he would be following in the footsteps of other former Indian cricketers, such as Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, and Sachin Tendulkar. "He has always been a fan of movies," Sakshi Dhoni said. "If he does decide to act, I am sure he will do a good job."
