IIE DIGITAL: Actress Nauheed Cyrusi has shared a deeply personal chapter of her life, revealing how two miscarriages transformed her outlook towards motherhood and life. After tying the knot with Rustam Contractor in 2017, Nauheed faced two heartbreaking pregnancy losses that left a lasting impact on her and her family.

Opening up through a social media video, the actress recalled her first pregnancy in 2018. After three months, during a routine check-up, doctors informed her that the baby no longer had a heartbeat. Nauheed said delivering the painful news to her loved ones was one of the most difficult moments she had ever faced.

Following the loss, Nauheed and Rustam welcomed a rescued pet, Jojo, into their lives. The cocker spaniel, despite having hearing and vision challenges, became a source of immense love and emotional support for the couple.

Nauheed later experienced another miscarriage during the pandemic. The repeated losses made the couple reflect deeply on the meaning of life and their priorities.

The actress revealed that the experience helped them understand that bringing a child into the world is not the only purpose of existence. They found a new sense of fulfilment by caring for animals, adopting pets and giving them the affection and attention they needed.
