3 COVID-19 Patients Die at Burdwan Medical College Hospital
Burdwan (August 03,2023) : Three COVID-19 patients died at Burdwan Medical College Hospital on Wednesday, taking the total number of deaths in the hospital to 22. The deceased patients were identified as a 65-year-old woman, a 55-year-old man, and a 45-year-old man. All three patients were admitted to the hospital with severe COVID-19 symptoms. They were all on oxygen support, but their condition deteriorated and they died.
The hospital authorities said that the three patients died due to multi-organ failure. They said that the patients had underlying health conditions, which made them more vulnerable to the virus. The hospital authorities have urged people to take precautions to avoid contracting the virus. They have advised people to wear masks, maintain social distancing, and wash their hands frequently.
