Mumbai (July 04,2023) : A woman in Maharashtra has been arrested for allegedly looting her boyfriend, dumping him naked on a highway, and then running away. The incident took place on July 04 in Shahapur, a town in Thane district. The woman, identified as Bhavika Bhoir, had been in a relationship with the victim, Balaji Shivbhagat, for several years.

On the day of the incident, Bhoir called Shivbhagat to a location on the Atgaon highway. When he arrived, Bhoir and four of her associates allegedly attacked him and robbed him of his money and valuables. They then stripped him naked and dumped him on the highway. Shivbhagat was found by a passerby and taken to a hospital. He has since been discharged from the hospital and is recovering from his injuries.

Bhoir and her associates have been arrested and charged with robbery, assault, and wrongful confinement. They are currently in police custody. This is a shocking case of violence against women.
