IIE DIGITAL DESK ; New Delhi, June 18: The government has changed, there has been no improvement in the condition of residents of Karol Bagh and Patel Nagar in Delhi. Women are still continuing their struggle for water. As soon as a water tanker arrives, a struggle begins to collect even the minimum amount of water, and the tanker reportedly comes at intervals of at least eight days.

Due to the shortage of water supply, on Thursday in Patel Nagar and Karol Bagh, people were seen standing in queues near water tankers to fill water. Women stood for a long time carrying bottles and drums. A local woman said, “There are many problems. We have been living here for 20 years. It affects children’s education. During elections, leaders come and spend money on borewells. We should have basic facilities. Here a tanker comes once every 8 days.”
