Cinsurah Bomb Scare: Bundle of Ropes Sparks Panic
Cinsurah (August 04,2023) : A bomb scare in Cinsurah, Hooghly, on Thursday caused panic among locals. A bundle of ropes was found lying on the road, and some people mistook it for a bomb. The incident took place near the Ananda Math area. A woman who was picking vegetables in her garden saw the bundle of ropes and thought it was a bomb. She started screaming, and soon a crowd gathered.
The police were called to the scene. They inspected the bundle of ropes and found that it was not a bomb. It was just a bundle of ropes that had been tied together. The police have assured the locals that there is no threat to their safety. They have also asked people not to spread rumors.
