Praveen Kumar and his son escape car accident without injury
IIE Digital Desk:Former India swing bowler Praveen Kumar and his son escaped without injuries when their SUV collided with a trailer truck in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.
The accident took place on the Meerut-Delhi highway when Kumar's SUV was hit by the truck from behind. The impact of the collision caused the SUV to overturn, but both Kumar and his son were able to walk away from the crash unharmed.
Kumar, who is currently the bowling coach of the Uttar Pradesh state team, was on his way to Delhi when the accident happened. He was accompanied by his son, who is a budding cricketer.
The police have registered a case against the truck driver and are investigating the matter.
