Two Brothers Detained in Uttar Pradesh for Allegedly Making Fake Aadhaar Cards

Noida (July 24,2023) : The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) detained two brothers on Monday for allegedly making changes in Aadhaar cards and other documents. The brothers, identified as Mohammad Aslam and Mohammad Ikram, were detained from their home in Meerut.

The ATS said that the brothers were running a racket of making fake Aadhaar cards and other documents. They allegedly charged people a fee to make changes in their Aadhaar cards or to provide them with fake documents.

The ATS said that the brothers had been operating the racket for the past few years and had made changes in the Aadhaar cards of hundreds of people. They said that the brothers were also involved in making fake PAN cards, voter ID cards, and driving licenses. The ATS is further investigating the matter and is trying to find out how many people the brothers have cheated.
