The message, released around 11 p.m. on Friday through a 40-second video posted on social media, marked the second consecutive midnight communication from the Prime Minister on an issue that has triggered widespread public concern.

In his brief video message, Prime Minister Modi warmly thanked young citizens across the country for interacting with him following his previous late-night address. He said, “Thank you, friends. Last night I had the opportunity to connect with you quite late.” Referring to the video he had shared a day earlier, the Prime Minister added that he was deeply encouraged by the response, suggestions, and feedback received from viewers. He expressed heartfelt appreciation to everyone who took the time to engage with the message and concluded by assuring citizens that the bond of affection and communication between him and the people would continue.
