PM Modi Meets Elon Musk for First Time Since Twitter Takeover
New York:Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Tesla CEO and Twitter owner Elon Musk in New York on June 20, 2023. This was their first meeting since Musk's acquisition of Twitter in October 2022.
The two leaders discussed a range of issues, including the potential for cooperation between India and Tesla in the areas of electric vehicles, battery technology, and renewable energy. Musk also expressed his interest in setting up a Tesla factory in India.
Modi said that he was "excited" about the future of India-US relations and that he looked forward to working with Musk to "make the world a better place."
