The two-day summit is expected to bring together leaders and representatives from BRICS member and partner countries, along with several invited guests, making it an important diplomatic gathering for India and the wider Global South.

The summit is being organised by India around the central theme, “Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainable Development.” The theme reflects India's emphasis on strengthening collective efforts among emerging economies while addressing global challenges through cooperation, innovation and sustainable development.

The upcoming summit is expected to provide an important platform for discussions on a range of international and economic issues.
