Asansol (August 05,2023) : A new Vande Bharat Express is set to run on the Howrah-Patna route, with a trial run scheduled to take place on Saturday. The train, which is equipped with modern amenities, will have a top speed of 160 km/h. The Vande Bharat Express is a semi-high-speed train that was first introduced on the Delhi-Varanasi route in 2019. The train has been a success, with passengers praising its comfort and speed. The new Vande Bharat Express for the Howrah-Patna route will have eight coaches, including two executive class coaches and six chair cars. The train will also have a pantry car and a luggage van.
