IIE Digital Desk : The Indian automotive market is gearing up for a bumper launch schedule in the next two months. Several new cars are slated to be launched, including a mix of SUVs, MPVs, and sedans. Some of the key launches include the Hyundai Exter, Maruti Suzuki Engage, and Tata Nexon facelift. The Hyundai Exter is a new SUV that will be positioned above the Creta. The Maruti Suzuki Engage is a premium MPV that will be based on the Toyota Innova Hycross. The Tata Nexon facelift will get a number of styling and feature updates.

The new cars will be offered with a range of engine options and features. The Hyundai Exter will be offered with a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, while the Maruti Suzuki Engage will be offered with a 1.5-liter petrol engine and a 1.5-liter hybrid powertrain. The Tata Nexon facelift will be offered with a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine and a 1.5-liter diesel engine.

The launches are expected to boost sales in the Indian automotive market. The Indian automotive market is currently in a recovery phase, and the new launches are expected to further boost demand.
