Within hours of the declaration on Tuesday night, she joined party workers in launching an energetic grassroots campaign, beginning with wall writing across key এলাকাস.

The atmosphere among All India Trinamool Congress supporters turned celebratory following her nomination, reflecting strong confidence in her leadership. Firdousi Begum herself appeared upbeat and determined, expressing optimism about securing another decisive victory in the upcoming election. Having already won the constituency three times, she is now aiming for a fourth consecutive term.

Late Tuesday night, party workers gathered in Ward No. 32 of the Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality, where they began wall writing campaigns to promote her candidacy. The walls were painted with slogans and her name, marking the official start of the election campaign at the grassroots level. Local councillor Barun Das was also present during the campaign, lending support and boosting the morale of party workers.

Firdousi Begum later stepped out to meet residents and supporters, distributing sweets as a gesture of gratitude and celebration. Interacting with locals, she reiterated her commitment to development and public service, highlighting her track record in the constituency.
