IIE DIGITAL DESK ; Hooghly, June 10: The public regarding the functioning of the Land and Land Reforms Department (BL & LRO) and the Irrigation Department, two legislators conducted a surprise inspection of the concerned offices in Arambagh on Wednesday. The visit was aimed at assessing the quality of public services and addressing long-standing grievances raised by local residents.

Arambagh MLA Hemanta Bag and Pursurah MLA Biman Ghosh jointly visited the government offices as part of the inspection drive. According to sources, residents in the region have been facing persistent issues related to land records, documentation delays, and inefficiencies in administrative services. These repeated complaints prompted the lawmakers to take on-the-spot action and review the situation personally.

The two MLAs interacted with officials from various departments and closely examined the functioning of different administrative sections.
