The victory sealed what is being described as Al-Nassr’s 11th Saudi top-flight title, ending a long wait for league success since the 2018-19 season.

The decisive win came in a commanding performance where Al-Nassr dominated proceedings from the outset, controlling possession and creating sustained pressure on their opponents. Ronaldo, who has been central to the club’s ambitions since joining, delivered when it mattered most, scoring two crucial goals in the second half to put the result beyond doubt and spark celebrations among the home supporters.

Ronaldo, the triumph also marked his first major trophy with Al-Nassr, adding a significant milestone to his already illustrious career. The Portuguese forward had recently endured disappointment after a defeat to Gamba Osaka in the AFC Champions League Two final, but he responded in emphatic fashion by inspiring his side to a dominant league-clinching victory.

Al-Nassr showcased their superiority throughout the match, finishing with 62.1 percent possession and registering 13 shots, eight of which were on target. In contrast, Damac struggled to impose themselves, managing only three attempts on goal with just one on target, reflecting the one-sided nature of the contest.

The league, Damac’s fate was sealed following the result, as combined with Al-Riyadh’s win over Al-Okhdood, they were confirmed to be relegated from the top division. The conclusion of the season brought both celebration and disappointment across the league, but the spotlight remained firmly on Al-Nassr’s title-winning achievement and Ronaldo’s decisive contribution.
