Hyderabad (July 08,2023) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for a number of infrastructure development projects in Telangana on Saturday, touting his government's "double engine" development agenda. The projects include a new national highway, a metro rail project, and a drinking water project. The Prime Minister also inaugurated a 220 KV substation.
Speaking at the event, Modi said that the infrastructure projects will boost economic growth and create jobs in Telangana. He also said that the government is committed to developing all parts of the country, including Telangana. "Our government is working with a 'double engine' approach," Modi said. "We are working hard to develop both rural and urban areas. We are working to create a New India where everyone has access to good education, healthcare, and infrastructure."
