IIE DIGITAL DESK ; Noida, June 29: Fire broke out once again in a high-rise residential complex in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, triggering panic among residents and prompting a large-scale emergency response. The blaze erupted on Monday morning at Aranya Society, a multi-storey residential complex located in Sector 119 under the jurisdiction of Sector 113 Police Station.

The fire spread rapidly through a section of the building, with towering flames and thick plumes of black smoke engulfing the area. The sight of the raging fire created widespread fear among residents, many of whom rushed out of the building to safety as emergency services arrived at the scene. Firefighters immediately launched an intensive operation to bring the blaze under control and prevent it from spreading to other parts of the residential complex.

Several fire tenders were deployed to the spot, and firefighting personnel worked continuously to contain the flames. Police officials and local administration teams also reached the site to assist in evacuation efforts, regulate the movement of people and ensure that rescue operations proceeded without obstruction.

The incident has raised fresh concerns over fire safety in high-rise residential buildings in the National Capital Region, especially in view of recent fire-related incidents reported from similar apartment complexes. Authorities are expected to investigate the cause of the blaze once the fire is completely extinguished.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed concern over the incident soon after receiving reports of the fire. According to the Chief Minister's Office, he directed senior administrative and emergency officials to reach the spot immediately and closely monitor the situation. He instructed authorities to expedite relief and rescue operations and ensure that every possible effort is made to safeguard the lives of residents.

The Chief Minister also directed officials to provide prompt and proper medical treatment to anyone injured in the incident. He emphasized that all necessary assistance should be extended to the affected residents and that emergency response teams should work in close coordination until the situation is brought completely under control.

Firefighting and rescue operations continued, officials remained focused on ensuring the safe evacuation of residents and preventing any further damage. A detailed investigation into the cause of the devastating fire is expected after emergency operations are concluded, while authorities continue to assess the extent of the damage caused by the blaze.
