Victims were asked to post positive reviews for various businesses on Google and like specific videos on YouTube. The promise of monetary compensation seemed alluring, but unbeknownst to them, they were falling into a sophisticated trap.
The conmen meticulously masked their true intentions, leading unsuspecting individuals to participate in the fraudulent activity. As a result, the perpetrators amassed an astronomical amount of ill-gotten gains.
