Centre Stands with States in Time of Crisis, Says JP Nadda

IIE Digital Desk : BJP President JP Nadda on Saturday said that the Centre is standing with the states in the aftermath of the heavy rains that have caused widespread damage in several parts of the country. Nadda, who is on a visit to Assam, said that the Centre has already released Rs 1,000 crore to the state to help with relief and rehabilitation efforts. He also said that the Centre is providing all necessary assistance to the other states affected by the rains.

"The Centre is standing with the states in this time of crisis," Nadda said. "We are providing all necessary assistance to the states to help them deal with the situation." The BJP president also visited some of the areas affected by the rains in Assam and interacted with the affected people. He assured them that the Centre will do everything possible to help them.
